HOUSTON – (People in Real Estate. Realty News Report) – Robert LaCoure has been named senior director at Cushman & Wakefield in Houston. Previously, LaCoure had been with Lee & Associates – Houston and Griffin Partners. Cushman & Wakefield also has added Bryce Adams as an associate in the office agency leasing team in Houston.
HOUSTON – Kelly Baldwin has been named director of operations at Houston-based Pagewood, a vertically integrated real estate investment and operations company with a data science approach focused on developing and acquiring commercial properties in high-growth markets. Paul Coonrod is founder and managing principal of Pagewood, developer of The Quad creative workplace development on Brittmoore Road.
HOUSTON — Venterra Realty appointed Pamela Higdon as Chief Financial Officer, who will be responsible for shaping, guiding, and executing Venterra’s financial strategy. Founded in 2001, Venterra Realty owns 80 communities and more than 23,000 apartment units across 19 major U.S. cities.
HOUSTON – JLL Capital Markets announced that Jim Humphries has joined the firm’s Single-Family Rental (SFR) team as a Director in the Houston office. Humphries will focus on SFR and build-to-rent (BTR) investment sales nationally with SFR team lead, Matthew Putterman. Humphries joins JLL from Colliers in Houston where he began his concentration on SFR and BTR investment sales in 2019. Prior to Colliers, Humphries worked with HFF in multi-housing investment sales.
AUSTIN – Colliers has hired Senior Vice President Patrick Hill as an occupier services and capital markets broker. Patrick will focus primarily on tenant and buyer/seller representation in Central Texas in the office sector.
DALLAS – Managing director Matt Dornak, a commercial real estate leader credited with growing Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas industrial leasing team by more than 100% in three years, has been named a partner. Dornak will continue to oversee day-to-day industrial activities for Stream’s Dallas-Fort Worth office alongside Managing Director and Partner Ryan Boozer.
DALLAS – Gary Gray, who has more than 25 years of experience in ECommerce, digital marketing, business development and technology, has joined Dallas-based Highland Homes as Chief Information Officer.
CHICAGO – JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform has expanded its Data Collection, Environmental and Property Condition division with the hiring of Steve Regovich as a Vice President, Business Development. Regovich is based in Cleveland, Ohio.
