HOUSTON – CBRE announced that one of the prominent Houston industrial teams, consisting of five market-leading sales professionals, has joined CBRE. The team includes Jason Dillee, Senior Vice President; Andrew Jewett, First Vice President; Cape Bell, Vice President; Nathan Wynne, Vice President and Harper Gully, Associate. Combined, the team has completed 968 transactions over the last 11 years totaling more than $1 billion in transaction value. They report to Peter Mainguy,Managing Director and Cody Armbrister,Senior Managing Director.

HOUSTON – Skanska USA has announced that Dennis Yunghas been promoted to executive vice president and general manager overseeing Houston and Dallas. Yung, based in Skanska’s Houston office, joined the company in 1999 and most recently served as senior vice president and national preconstruction director. Yung holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from Texas A&M University.

NAI Partners announced that Evan Roland has joined its Office Tenant Rep group in Houston. Roland comes to the firm from Newmark Knight Frank.

Raleigh, NC– Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham, announced that Triangle commercial real estate veteran Marlene Spritzer  has joined the firm as Senior Director..Marlene most recently served as the Corporate Managing Director, Raleigh-Durham for Savills.

Boca Raton, FL— Newmark Knight Frank Multifamily has hired 20-year multifamily veteran Tal Frydman as an executive managing director in the company’s Boca Raton office. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank Multifamily, Frydman was a Senior Director at Berkadia. Frydman will be working alongside NKF’s Vice Chairmen Avery Klann and Hampton Beebe and Directors Tyler Minix and Jonathan Senn.
