HOUSTON – Piedmont Office Realty Trust will break ground this week on Enclave Place, a 300,000-sf, 11-story office building in the Energy Corridor of west Houston.
The office market in the Energy Corridor is exceptionally strong. Class A office space has been hovering around 99 percent occupancy for some time.
The Piedmont building will be constructed on a 4.7-acre development site adjacent to and immediately north of Piedmont’s 1430 Enclave Parkway building in the Enclave business park. The Enclave is home to corporate users such as Sysco, Schlumberger Technology, Technip, Dow Chemical and Gulf States Toyota.
Enclave business park is located south of Interstate 10 and between North Eldridge Parkway and Briar Forest Drive.
The Piedmont building will be completed in 2015. The development team includes the following firms: Gensler, architect; PMRG, project manager; and Tellepsen Builders, general contractor. Colvill Office Properties will lease the project.
