HOUSTON – Quasar GP LLC, a Houston group led by Avi Ron and Ronny Hecht, has purchased a 113,000-SF industrial building from S.E.T. Industries LC.
The property, 13827 West Hardy Road, is east of Interstate 45 and southwest of Bush Airport.
The seller, SET Industries, was represented by Mike Spears and Robert McGee of Lee & Associates – Houston. Clay Pritchett of NAI Partners represented the buyer.
