Best Residential Project of the Year – Working in its hometown, the Hines international real estate development firm, located a 46-acre tract of land inside 610 Loop on Old Katy Road for its Somerset Green community.
The gated community will have 500 townhomes priced above $500,000. The European-style neighborhood – Preston Wood & Associates is the land planner – has impressive water features and canals. Also worthy of note: with Somerset Green, Hines has put its stamp of approval on the Old Katy Road area which has potential for more dense development.
