HOUSTON – Regency Centers Corp. will develop the Village at Riverstone, a grocery-anchored retail center in the Riverstone community, southwest of Houston.
Located at the corner of University Boulevard and LJ Parkway, $30.5 million, the center will offer 165,000 SF of retail, featuring a 100,000 square foot Kroger and other national and regional retailers.
Construction is scheduled to begin by first quarter of 2017, with a projected opening in the spring of 2018. The Baker Katz firm is handling leasing. Riverstone, one of the fastest growing master-planned community in Houston, has strong home sales in upscale price brackets.
Regency is a REIT based in Jacksonville, Fla.
