The landlord, Regent Properties, was represented by Doug Little, Jack Scharnberg and Kelli Gault of TranswesternTaylor Wright of Colliers represented the tenant,


-HOUSTON — Avison Young has negotiated a long-term, 49,662 SF office lease on behalf of CTCI Americas at 15721 Park Row in Houston’s Energy Corridor. Avison Young’s Josh Morrow  represented CTCIA. CBRE’s Steve Rocher, Parker Duffie  and Jenny Mueller  represented the landlord, BH Properties. CTCIA a subsidiary of CTCI, a global engineering and construction firm and a leader in Taiwan’s hydrocarbon processing industry.


HOUSTON — Colliers announced the sale of 4.2 acres between Beltway 8 and Fellows Road just west of SH 288 in Houston. The buyer, Fellow Houston Investment, LP, was represented by Travis Land, AJ Williams and Alisha Renshaw of NAI Partners. Tom Condon Jr.  of Colliers represented the seller, David Christian. On behalf of Fellow Houston Investment. Adkisson Group Development plans to construct a 61,700 SF distribution building.


SUGAR LAND, Texas — NAI Partners arranged a 3,002 SF lease renewal for BSA Architects at 12946 Dairy Ashford Road in Sugar Land. The firm’s John Zivley represented the tenant while Jill Nesloney of Lee & Associates  represented the landlord, Gupta Sugar Land Plaza, LP.


MONT BELVIEU, Texas – EAM Holdings, LCCacquired 3.7 acres for a 9,300 SF free-standing building for the Red River Cantina Tex-Mex Restaurant on I-10 East.. The  seller was City Of Mont Belvieu, which was represented by Shaw Commercial Properties.


HOUSTON— NAI Partners arranged the sale of a 21,312 SF warehouse at 14105 Packard St.  The firm’s Michael Keegan and Andrew Laycock  represented the seller, Sehorn Investments.


PINEHURST, Texas – SVN – J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston  has recently completed the sale of a single-tenant, NNN leased office investment that includes a 9,634 SF t building on 2.4 acres of land, located at 32400 SH 249 in Pinehurst, Texas.Neal King of SVN | J Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston represented the seller,  Grace Wang with TOP USA Investment, LLC, represented the buyer, WL & R, LLC,


HOUSTON — NAI Partners arranged the sale of a 23,781 SF industrial building and 1.64-acre lot at 7522 S. Santa Fe Drive.The firm’s Zane Carman and Clay Pritchett represented the buyer, The New Generation Engineering & Construction Company. Boyd Commercial’s David Munson and Garrett Thomas represented the seller.


HOUSTON – Vinglace renewed its lease at 5250 Gulfton in Houston. Doc Perrier of  Finial Group negotiated.


THE WOODLANDS – Rise Soufflé will open in Creekside Park West in The Woodlands, reports The Howard Hughes Corp.


HOUSTON Ahlers & Stoll renewed its lease for at 15311 W. Vantage Parkway. The landlord, Hartman Income REIT, was represented by Thomas Emde.

DALLAS – Crescent Real Estate, LLC, renewed a 55,345 SF lease at The Crescentwith Stanley Korshak, Dallas’ independent specialty emporium providing customers with quality service and merchandise. The lease renewal is for 15 years and includes updates to Stanley Korshak, located on the first and second floors of The Crescent Atrium.Steve Lieberman of the Retail Connection represented Stanley Korshak. John Zogg, Tony Click and Jordyn Allen represented The Crescent.


NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – Brauntex Storage, a 194-unit self-storage facility situated on 2.54 acresin New Braunfels, according to  Marcus & Millichap.


SAN ANTONIO — Worth & Associates,  a commercial real estate developer in San Antonio, has signed a new lease with Total Quality Logistics to expand its existing operations by 17,590 SF in Exchange Tech Center, bringing TQL’s total leased space in the property to 42,269 SF.


SAN ANTONIO — NAI Partners arranged a 12,900 SF industrial lease for Sunbelt Rentals at 550 Springfield Road in San Antonio.The firm’s Kyle Kennan  represented the tenant and Colten Courtney of NAI Partners represented the landlord.


DALLAS – After weighing multiple offers, the Dana English Revocable Trust has sold a 17,500 SF single-tenant office/warehouse on 1.58 acres of fenced land in Dallas’  Brookhollow submarket. Located at 6787 Oakbrook Blvd., the vacant project was under contract within the first week of marketing.


BASTROP, Texas – LGI Homes announced that its Terrata brand is now selling brand new homes within the established, master-planned community, The Colony. Located in Bastrop, The Colony offers homes in a premier neighborhood with quick access to major Austin area employers.


DALLAS – Westmount Realty Capital announced the sale of Highland Bluffs, a 357-unit garden-style apartment complex at 1615 John West Road. Al Silva of the Silva Braly Multifamily Team of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Howard Hughes Corp. sold its  Outlet Collection at Riverwalk, a 264,000-SF urban outlet center in New Orleans, to Rockstep Riverwalk, LLC for $34 million.Tom Salanty with NAI Robert Lynn represented The Howard Hughes Corporation on the sale.


LAKEWOOD, Colo. –Embrey, based in San Antonio, has closed on the land purchase for Bel Aire, a 354-unit multifamily residential community near Denver’s 40 West Arts District.


PORTLAND, Ore. — Cityview, a vertically-integrated multifamily investment management and development firm, has acquired Burnside 26, a four-story podium-style apartment community in southeast Portland. It features 135 homes with 1,300 SF of available restaurant space.


LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Multifamily investment firm DB Capital Management has made its second acquisition in San Antonio with the purchase of ReNew TPC, a 408-unit, garden-style multifamily community. Built in 2007, ReNew TPC offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment homes across 18 three-story residential buildings. The Los Angeles-based firm entered the San Antonio market last November with its acquisition of Salado Springs, a 352-unit multifamily community.


LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Tempus Realty Partners, an Arkansas-based real estate investment partnership, bought an industrial portfolio totaling 15 properties across eight states for $39.2 million.The 458,297-SF portfolio includes facilities in Alabama, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio, South Carolina and Texas.
