HUMBLE, Texas – Colliers announced the sale of a four-building industrial facility, totaling 48,000 SF at 2407 Wilson Road in Humble. The buyer, 2407 Wilson LLC, was represented by Patrick Swint of Knightsbridge Ventures. Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers represented the seller, R.B. Machine Works.
HOUSTON – Genoa Partner Investments, LP, has acquired 11.94 acres at 2602 Genoa Red Bluff Road, Houston, from Partner Industrial Infrastructure, LP. Nick Ramsey and Kevin Sims of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Robert McGee of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

MAGNOLIA, Texas — Clearwater Express Car Wash has ground-leased a 40,075 SF pad site in the Shoppes at Magnolia Circle, 7424 FM 1488, Magnolia, from NewQuest Properties. HOUSTON – Regent Square, GID’s urban infill development reimagining Houston’s Allen Parkway corridor, has executed leases with three new retail tenants. M. Vincé Nail Spa, Sudor Sauna Studio and Clean Juice will join two previously announced restaurants from Underbelly Hospitality, new concept Pastore and Georgia James, along with the new bar and entertainment concept, Flight Club.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – HMVP Holdings, LLC acquired the Alorica building, a 58,843-SF property on 10 acres near South Padre Island Drive in Corpus Christi. Based in Irvine, Calif., Alorica provides digital customer experiences. “Alorica proved its commitment to this location after signing a new, long-term lease and investing over $4 million in capital improvements,” said Benedict Gutierrez of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, which represented the buyer, Marcus & Millichap’s Tim Speck of Texas assisted.
KILLEEN, Texas – The Multifamily Group of Dallas facilitated the sale of The Springs at 1100, a B-Class 232-unit value-add, garden-style property in Killeen. Paul Yazbeck represented the seller, Rhodium Capital Advisors, and Jon Krebbs procured the buyer, Vista Pacific Inc. Since 2017, TMG has sold 18 projects in Killeen.
AUSTIN – Clarion Partners acquired Modera Domain, a recently completed, 354-unit multifamily property adjacent to The Domain district. The sellers, Mill Creek Residential and PGIM, were represented by Newmark’s Patton Jones and Andrew Dickson.
DALLAS – Digitec Dental Laboratory acquired an 11,904 SF industrial building at 2835 Virgo Lane in Dallas, from Devices and Services Co. Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial represented the seller. Jimmy Yi of Neostone Realty Group represented the buyer.
AUSTIN- Mohr Capital, a Dallas-based real estate investment firm, acquired the 350-room DoubleTree by Hilton Austin at 6505 N. Interstate 35. HEI Hotels & Resorts will manage it.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Cushman & Wakefield advised the investment sale of a 31,612 SF warehouse cold storage building on four acres in Loveland (Fort Collins), Colo. The property sold for nearly $6 million to WS Properties Loveland. The current tenant, Canyon Bakehouse, is scheduled to vacate in June. The seller was Roaring Fork Real Estate, which was represented by Jared Goodman with Cushman & Wakefield.
SEATTLE, Wash. — JLL Capital Markets arranged $60 million in construction financing for Gridline Apartments, currently under construction in Seattle. Working on behalf of SRM Development and its partners, JLL secured the construction loan provided by an affiliate of an international real estate investment company.
DENVER, Colo. – Lotus Company paid $25.4 million for Church Ranch Corporate Center, a 124,533 SF office building along US 36. Cushman & Wakefield’s Aaron Johnson, Jon Hendrickson and Mitch Veremeychik represented the seller, Certus, led by managing partner Scott Pudalov.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Haven Realty Capital, in joint venture with funds managed by Yieldstreet, has closed on the first phase of a $28.6 million acquisition of Hartman Hill, a 71-home single family rental housing community on Dayton Blvd in Chattanooga. The Haven-led joint venture will close on the remaining homes in phases over the next seven months. Hartman Hill will offer three- and four-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,538 to 2,515 SF. Haven, a Los Angeles-based firm, is led by Managing Principal Sudha Reddy.
MESA, Ariz. – Clear Capital bought The Vine Apartments, a 97-unit multifamily complex in Mesa, AZ. The asset will be rebranded from The Vine Apartments to Aspire Mesa. It’s Clear Capital’s fifth property in the Arizona Market. Enrique Huerta is Clear Capital’s Vice President of Acquisitions.
NAPLES, Fla. – The Pebblebrook Hotel Trust REIT purchased The Inn on Fifth hotel from developer Phil McCabe. Hunter Hotel Advisors Miami Office, comprised of Robert Taylor and Sophia Pittaluga, represented the seller. Seattle-based Noble House Hotels & Resorts will manage the property.
