John Ferruzzo of KBC Advisors and Nick Peterson of NAI Robert Lynn represented landlord Cabot Properties. Chris Haro at Partners represented the tenant.
HOUSTON — Scan Systems Corp. leased a 5,632-SF flex space at 500 Century Plaza Drive, Suite 100. William Alcorn, Andrew Bischoff, and Jason Gibbons of Finial Group represented the landlord. With the lease, the 49,640-SF Century Plaza Business Park is fully leased.
HOUSTON — Hanwha Power Systems Americas has leased 27,500 SF at 8810 Wendigo Place in northwest Houston. Ryan Hartsell and Austen Buckalew of Oxford Partners represented the tenant. Travis Land and Braedon Emde of Partners Real Estate represented the landlord, United Equities.
HOUSTON – Colliers announced the sale of Tanner Road Business Park, a 83,512-SF multi-tenant industrial complex on Tanner Road. Zack Martin, Todd Moore and Connor Duffy of Colliers represented the buyer in the off-market transaction.
BAYTOWN, Texas — Chicken Salad Chick, a national fast casual chicken salad restaurant chain, plans to open a location at 4531 Garth Road in Baytown on April 16. It is the fourth location for franchise owners Clarke and Kim Hayes, joining others in Pearland, Pasadena, and Lake Jackson.
HOUSTON — Avison Young has been awarded the leasing assignment for Commons at Willlowbrook, a 441,000-SF power center of FM 1960 near Highway 249 in the Willowbrook/Northwest submarket. The 39-acre center, which is 85% occupied, includes Marshalls, HomeGoods, Ross Dress for Less, Michael’s, Total Wine & More, ULTA Beauty, DSW, and Daiso. Vincent O’Toole heads the leasing program on behalf of the ownership.
HOUSTON — Stephens Engineering has leased 3,804 SF at 2001 Timberloch Place, Suite 175, The Woodlands. Oxford Partners’ Nathan Buckhoff and Matt Rogers represented the tenant. The landlord, Principal Real Estate Investors, was represented by Danielle Rothschild and Matthew Seliger of Stream Realty.
FULSHEAR, Texas — Lakeside Park Village, the second of four planned villages in the 558-acre Fulshear Lakes community at Fulshear School Road and FM 1093 in Fulshear, is now open. Drees Custom Homes, Perry Homes, Sitterle Homes, Westin Homes, Chesmar Homes, and Empire Communities offer homes priced from the upper $400,000s to the $800,000s. Lakeside Park Village is planned for 260 homes, while the overall community will have more than 1,400 homes at completion. Sam Yager III, VP of developer Fulshear Lakes, Ltd., announced the acquisition of 71.7 acres west of Bluet Lake to expand the community.
HOUSTON — Aethel Energy has leased 2,390 SF at 11757 Katy Freeway. Perry Mazzone of Oxford Partners represented the tenant. The landlord, Kirkwood Tower LLC, was represented by Grant Schiro and Danielle Rothchild of Stream Realty.

DALLAS — Fidelity has acquired Independence Square, a 140,218-SF retail property anchored by Tom Thumb grocery at 3100 Independence Parkway in Plano. The 93%-occupied property sits on 13.4 acres, was built in 1977, and renovated in 2005. Chris Gerard, Erin Lazarus, Barry Brown, and Adam Howells of JLL Capital Markets represented the seller, Head Capital Partners.
LEWISVILLE, Texas — Anthem Development, a Dallas-based institutional multifamily sponsor led by CEO Ross Frankfurt, announced plans to develop a 256-unit multifamily community at I-35 and Justin Road in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville. The institutional joint venture will break ground in May 2025 with completion scheduled within 24 months. Jorg Mast of Colliers International represented Anthem and arranged the financing and joint venture common equity that will be used for the acquisition and development. The complex will have four four-story buildings.
ARLINGTON, Texas – TAG Rocks LLC has acquired a 15,000-SF office/warehouse on 2.56 acres at 501 W. Road from Moritz Family Interests Ltd. Andrew Clark, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Chris Wong, managing partner, represented the buyer.
LAREDO, Texas — Alterra IOS, a real estate company focused on industrial outdoor storage facilities, has acquired Phase 1 of the Northpoint 35 Industrial Park at 1203 Reuthinger Parkway in Laredo. Provident Industrial, a division of the Dallas-based real estate development firm Provident, developed the property consisting of a 10,000-SF building on 32 acres with 919 trailer parking stalls in 2024. The project was spearheaded by Provident’s Christen Vestal and Titus Jefferies in the Houston office.
SAN ANTONIO — JLL Capital Markets has secured a refinancing for 7600 Broadway, a luxury mixed-use property in San Antonio’s Alamo Heights neighborhood. Robert Wooten, Jackson Finch, and Meredith Sheeder of JLL represented the borrower, Embrey. Blackstone Mortgage Trust provided the loan. Completed in 2023, 7600 Broadway offers 287,605 SF of multifamily space across 216 units and 53,209 SF of office space, which is fully leased to Embrey and Morgan Stanley.

ATLANTA — Pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim has leased 73,000 SF of lifestyle office space at Medley, the 43-acre mixed-use destination under construction in Johns Creek, Ga. Spanning two floors in a renovated building, the space will be home to nearly 500 employees at the company’s new U.S. Animal Health headquarters upon opening in summer of 2026. Medley is a development of Toro Development Co., which was represented by Stream Realty’s Bryan Heller and Parker Welton. The project contains a 150,000-SF office building, previously home to State Farm, overlooking shops and dining along Medley Boulevard. A second office building on the site was razed to make way for other components including 150,000 SF of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, a 175-key boutique hotel, 750 multifamily residences, 133 for-sale townhomes and a 25,000-SF plaza for events.
RICHMOND, Va. — Delta Citation, a Richmond-based commercial real estate developer, announced the acquisition of the Muddy Creek Self Storage facility, located at 1134 Kings Highway in King George, Va.
BATON ROUGE, La. — APM Property Holdings has purchased the 294-key Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge located off I-10 and College Drive in Baton Rouge from a private seller for an undisclosed price. Tim Osborne and Kami Burnette of Hunter Hotel Advisors brokered the transaction, while Adeel Amin arranged financing. Schulte Hospitality has been selected as the management company.
MINNEAPOLIS – Transwestern Real Estate Services announced that it represented Blue Water III LLC in the sale of 3020 Denmark Ave. in Eagan, Minn. The 58,645-SF office showroom was purchased by the Plumbers and Gasfitters Local 34 union. Transwestern’s Mike Honsa and John Thompson represented the seller in negotiations.
LAKELAND, Fla. — Ryan Companies US, a national commercial real estate solutions provider, announced the completion of the IFF Global Citrus Innovation Center at Florida Polytechnic University in Lakeland, Fla. The 30,000-SF, single-story facility will serve as IFF’s research and development hub and was developed, designed, constructed and managed by Ryan. The center includes sensory and experience venues, research labs, processing and analytical departments.
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group has purchased a 4-acre site near the University of Arkansas for its next student housing development. The company, which also has a project in the works at Texas Christian University, has hired Chuck Carroll as a principal to assist with growing its student housing platform.
CHARLOTTE, N.C — Linea, a 24-story apartment tower at 2161 Hawkins Street in Charlotte’s South End, has completed construction and is open to residents. The project contains 370 apartment units, 13 penthouses and 18,000 SF of ground-floor retail. It was developed by partners Portman Residential and National Real Estate Advisors and is managed by Bozzuto Property Management. J E Dunn was the general contractor and S9 Architecture was the design architect.

THE WOODLANDS – Howard Hughes Holdings provided a recap of Q1 leasing activity totaling more than 31,000 SF at Hughes Landing and 6 Waterway in The Woodlands.
CB&I, a designer and builder of storage facilities, tanks, and terminals, is expanding its regional and global headquarters with an additional 12,000 SF at 1725 Hughes Landing. CB&I originally relocated to 43,000 SF at Hughes Landing in Sept. 2024. Steve Hesse of JLL represented CB&I.
Bogart Wealth, a wealth management firm represented by Noah Kruger of Savills, is expanding its footprint at 1725 Hughes Landing by 1,850 SF.
TTC Global, an international software quality engineering and quality assurance provider with offices across New Zealand, Australia, Asia, the Americas, the Middle East, and Europe, has signed a new lease at 3 Hughes Landing for their North American HQ. The company was represented by broker Kenna Stephenson of State 28 Real Estate.
JPMorgan Chase, represented by Rich Pancioli of CBRE, has leased 5,284 SF at 2 Hughes Landing.
Branch Energy, a tech-driven retail energy provider specializing in renewable solutions, has leased 2,853 SF at 2 Hughes Landing. The company was represented by Travis Taylor of Lee & Associates.
Trelleborg, a global engineering company headquartered in Trelleborg, Sweden, is relocating its Houston-based office to 7,521 SF at 6 Waterway, formerly known as Waterway Plaza II. Eugene Terry of CBRE represented the tenant.
