HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Nickson Spell Road Industrial Ltd. will develop a 30,000-SF office-warehouse in the Tomball Business and Technology Park in north Houston.
The spec project will be located on a 2.9-acre tract of land near Spell Road and Hufsmith Kohrville Road in the Tomball community in Harris County
Tom Condon Jr., senior vice president in The Woodlands office of Colliers International, represented the seller of the land, the Tomball Economic Development Corporation.
The project, which is expected to created 15-25 new full-time jobs, is the third speculative project built in the Tomball business park.
The developer, Nickson Industrial Warehouses, is led by Charles G. Nicks. The firm has developed other projects in Oak Ridge North and elsewhere in Houston and Dallas.
ACC Realty represented the Nickson firm in the land purchase.
