HOUSTON – Steadfast Development is developing an industrial park in northwest Houston, near Highway 249 and Grant Road.

NAI Partners recently represented Steadfast Development in the sale of the first phase building – a 11,250-SF industrial office/warehouse located at 13017 Misty Willow. Following this sale, Steadfast Development will be breaking ground on three additional buildings during Phase II of this project.

John Ferruzzo and Travis Land of NAI Partners represented Steadfast during the negotiations, while Richard Prater with the San Antonio-based ERA Tucker realty firm represented the buyer.

Katy-based Steadfast Development Company LLC operates as a commercial real estate investment, construction, and development company. It develops small to mid-sized industrial office warehouses and other commercial facilities; provides design build services; and offers new project construction services.
