HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Sugar Land Town Square, a 32-acre mixed-use district in the heart of Sugar Land, welcomes several new restaurants and retailers.
New leases, totaling more than 17,000 square feet, include:
Escapology Escape Rooms, which has opened in a 5,366-SF space, offers themed adventures that combine teamwork, problem-solving, and interactive design.
Insomnia Cookies has opened a 1,526-SF shop serving freshly baked cookies, brownies, and ice cream throughout the day and late into the evening.
Nishat Mills, an online fashion retailer based in Stafford, signed a 3,302-SF lease in early May for its first brick-and-mortar location. The company offers contemporary South Asian-inspired apparel for men and women.
Majestic Kitchen will occupy 3,175 SF following a lease execution in late April. The independent restaurant is a family-driven culinary concept of Sugar Land residents Santosh and Supraja Cividi, founders of Majestic Developers.
Levant BBQ leased a 4,001-SF space for the opening of its second Houston-area location in late 2026 or early 2027. The restaurant blends Texas barbecue and Middle Eastern flavors.
Located at Highway 59 and Highway 6 in Fort Bend County, Sugar Land Town Square is home to Sugar Land City Hall, office space, destination retail and dining, apartments, and the full-service Houston Marriott Sugar Land hotel and conference center.
Placemaking firm Rebees has overseen management, leasing, branding, and marketing of the property since 2019.
Rebees, in partnership with the City of Sugar Land, produced a FIFA World Cup 2026 watch party series that drew more than 10,000 fans. The event featured 70 feet of outdoor screens, live entertainment, international food vendors, live mural artists, a FIFA merchandise popup shop, and commemorative photo stations.
“Today’s consumers and businesses are increasingly drawn to places that offer a complete experience, and Sugar Land Town Square continues to deliver on that promise,” Miranda Cartwright, General Manager of Sugar Land Town Square, said in an announcement. “The diversity of these new tenants, from entertainment and dining to fashion retail, reflects the strength of the district and the value of being part of a vibrant, walkable mixed-use environment.”
