HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – The BCS development firm has broken ground on Humble Westfield Business Park, an industrial project located at 9035 Humble Westfield Road in Humble, on the northeast side of Houston.
The 168,840-SF development will include four industrial buildings ranging from 32,000 to 55,000 SF on an 11.4-acre site.
Urban Companies is serving as general contractor and architect, with Altar Group providing civil engineering services. The Humble Westfield Business Park is anticipated to deliver in the third quarter of 2026.
Designed to meet the strong demand for modern business warehouse space, Humble Westfield Business Park is strategically positioned along FM-1960 Business, between U.S. Highway 59 and George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Tommy Erwin and Abraham Richardson of Stream Realty Partners are overseeing leasing.
“Humble Westfield Business Park delivers the type of well-located, Class A industrial product that tenants are actively seeking in Northeast Houston,” said Erwin. “The project’s size range and connectivity make it highly competitive in a market with limited new supply.”
Robert Cannon and Ryan Sweeney are partners at BCS. “We are proud to be a part of the continued expansion in Houston,” said Robert Cannon.
