Three Self Storage Projects Sold

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Bellomy & Co., a commercial real estate firm with offices in Austin and Houston, has handled the sale of three Houston-area self-storage facilities.

The company announced the sale of Gleannloch Storage in Spring to an out-of-state operator. Made up of 601 units – some climate-controlled, others not, along with boat, RV and office warehouse components – the building measures more than 202,500 SF.

Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson of Bellomy & Co. represented the seller, Gleannloch Storage LLC.

The real estate firm also announced the sale of Keep Self Storage, 19 miles north of downtown Houston. It consists of 332 climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units in the 33,934-SF facility which was 90% occupied at time of sale.

Bellomy and Johnson also represented the Provo, Utah-based seller and the team procured the Lakewood, N.J.-based buyer.

Also sold by Bellomy & Co. was Alief Westwood Storage, a 64,000-SF building with 246 storage units and boat and RV parking spaces.  The 5.3-acre site is about 16 miles southwest of downtown Houston. Bellomy and Johnson again represented the Houston-based seller, a family partnership, and the team procured the Austin-based buyer.
