HOUSTON – The so-called “Texas Hill Country” design theme is breaking out all over. The latest building to latch on to the Hill Country name is the Entrust Office Building — a multi-tenant office building in Katy, Texas. The two-story, 34,000-square-foot office building was developed through a partnership of the Entrust and the Mission companies.
Located at 22322 Grand Corner Drive at the intersection of Grand Parkway (Hwy 99) and the Westpark Tollway, the Entrust Office Building’s features what promotional materials call “a Texas-Hill-Country-themed design with textured wall panels in warm tones and prominent reveal lines complete with Texas ‘stars.’” The property sits on approximately 2.62 acres and is situated near a number of master-planned communities such as Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes, Seven Meadows and several others. The site has access to the City of Sugar Land via the Grand Parkway and Houston’s Galleria area via the Westpark Tollway.
Entrust, Inc. is the building’s lead tenant and occupies 69 percent of the building’s space as its corporate headquarters. Sam Hansen of NAI Houston is the exclusive leasing agent for the property and is currently marketing two remaining suites at the facility, which offer 2,350 and 3,250 rentable sf on the building’s first level.
