HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Vista Greenhouse Ltd., a real-estate investment partnership sponsored by The Vista Companies, has acquired a 2.5 acre tract at the intersection of Greenhouse and Park Row in West Houston for the development of a 26,000 SF specialty retail center.
Construction is scheduled to begin in January on the retail center, called The Plazas at Greenhouse.
The land was acquired from Forresta, Inc. The closing was handled by Lesley Mann of Charter Title. The construction loan financing was provided by James Coleman with Allegiance Bank.
Vista, a Houston firm led by Woody Mann, has been a prominent retail developer on the west side of Houston. Vista developed LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, a major mixed-use development on the Grand Parkway, south of Interstate 10.
