HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Zhalunglu-MT, LLC has acquired the South Shore SurgiCenter, a 7,365-SF medical property located at 2622 Marina Bay Drive, in League City on the southeast side of Houston.
Beth Young of Colliers International represented the seller, Marina Bay Drive Realty in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Ada Wang of Keller Williams Commercial.
Constructed in 2009, the South Shore SurgiCenter is located on the east side of Interstate 45, near Clear Lake and Galveston Bay.
