HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Century Communities announced the opening of Fulshear Junction, a development planned for over 250 homes in fast-growing Fulshear.
The Colorado-based home builder and developer broke ground last year after acquiring 100 acres for the community in 2024. The development is off FM 1093 and Polo Ranch Boulevard, about 35 miles west of downtown Houston.
Prices in the neighborhood start in the high $300,000s. The community, which is zoned to Lamar Consolidated Independent School District, offers home plans with up to five bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
“Fulshear Junction represents the next chapter of growth for this thriving area, bringing to life a thoughtfully connected setting where new homes, commercial opportunities, and natural spaces come together,” said Tanya Rizzo, Division President for Century Communities in Houston. “With Fulshear Junction, we’re proud to deliver a community that balances natural surroundings, preserved tree lines, and multiple parks with convenient access to key corridors like Highway 359 and FM 1093.”

Century Communities developed neighboring Polo Ranch, its first community in Fulshear, in 2019. The company’s other active developments in the area include Fulshear Lakes in Fulshear and Laurel Farms in Brookshire.
The Katy/Fulshear area is home to one of the largest new retail developments in the Houston area. NewQuest is developing Texas Heritage Marketplace, a 165-acre development that will bring 800,000 SF of retail to the Katy area. The region is home to grand scale master planned communities including Jordan Ranch, Tamarron, and Cross Creek Ranch.
Focused on affordable new homes, Century Communities builds homes in 16 states and over 45 markets across the U.S. Homes sold for an average price of $378,000 in 2025.
