BONNEY, Texas – (Realty News Report) – Maple Development has opened model homes in Aldeana, a development planned for nearly 1,400 homes along the Highway 288 corridor south of Pearland.
Autograph Homes, DRB Homes (formerly Brightland Homes) and DSLD Homes offer a range of plans, including some starting under $300,000, according to Houston-based Maple Development. Located in the village of Bonney near Rosharon, Aldeana is west of Highway 288 off County Road 48, about 37 miles south of downtown Houston.
The 433-acre community, including 21 acres designated for future commercial development, is planned for 1,363 residential lots. Amenities are expected to open this summer, bringing a pool, an open-air pavilion, and network of nature and exercise trails to the community.
“We’re proud to open these model homes and introduce buyers to what Aldeana has to offer,” Itiel Kaplan, Chief Executive Officer of Maple Development Group, said in an announcement. “By partnering with strong builders, we’re creating an attainable community where first-time buyers and families can find quality homes at approachable price points.”
The initial phase of Aldeana consists of 108 lots. Overall, Aldeana will offer 756 homesites measuring 40-by-120 feet (4,800 SF) and 598 lots measuring 50-by-120 feet (6,000 SF).
Autograph Homes will sell homes priced from the $290,000s on 40 and 50-foot lots, DRB Homes will offer homes priced from the $300,000s on 50-foot lots, and DSLD Homes will build homes from the $290,000s on 40-foot lots.
Aldeana is about 10 miles north of Angleton and 15 miles south of Manvel Town Center, a mixed-use development by Weitzman anchored by H-E-B and Lowe’s.
Founded in 2018, Maple Development is working on 11 new communities including several projects in Waller County.
