HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Stream Realty Partners is expanding its Houston industrial division with a tenant representation team led by Managing Director Tyler Maner.
A number of real estate professionals will be hired for the industrial team, which will focus on representing tenants and owners that occupy industrial space.
“We have seen a growing desire in the market, and specifically from our strategic clients, to operate a full-service platform that includes a robust tenant representation team,” said Matteson Hamilton, Partner at Stream. “We have always had our toe in the water with industrial tenant rep and were waiting for the right person to build out a team that emulates our culture and mirrors the deep market expertise we have within our existing team.”
Stream recently acquired a 300-acre site in Brookshire that will be home to the Empire West Business Park industrial development. The property has 5,000 feet of Interstate 10 and Highway 90 frontage.
Three speculative industrial buildings, totaling 1 million SF, will be constructed as the first phase of the new Empire West Business Park.
Maner, a Stream top producer, started with Stream in 2012 in Dallas and most recently helped launch the Fort Worth office.
“Given my deep expertise in tenant representation, I know the value of having a team that puts its tenants first and how to be a trusted partner for owners. This mentality mirrors Stream’s core values, and so the team we are building is very uniquely focused on that,” Maner said. Maner is joined by associate Heath Donica.
Stream’s industrial team leases and manages over 30 million SF in Houston.
Stream has a staff of more than 850 real estate professionals with regional offices in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Fort Worth, Greater Los Angeles, Houston, San Antonio, San Diego, and Washington, D.C.
