Braun Sells Austin Office Building to Boston Group

AUSTIN — Boston-based Taurus Investment Holdings purchased Centennial Towers, a six-story, 156,293-square-foot office building in the North Central Austin submarket.

CBRE Capital Markets handled the sale of Centennial Towers on behalf of the seller, Braun Enterprise, a Houston-based full-service real estate company.

Centennial Towers is 95 percent occupied with multiple tenants, including KBR, TRC Environmental Corporation, The University of Texas and Texas A&M University.

Its location at 505 East Huntland Drive offers walking distance access to light rail transit from the Capital MetroRail Highland Station. The building was constructed in 1986.

Braun Enterprises is a full-service real estate company that specializes in development, acquisition, redevelopment, build-to-suit, management and leasing services for commercial properties. Currently, Braun Enterprises’ portfolio consists of over 2,000,000 square feet of office warehouse, retail, and office space that serve hundreds of national, regional and local tenants.

Todd Mills, Walter Saad, Cathy Nabours, Casey Knust, Hunter Mills and Logan Reichle, with CBRE, represented the seller.
