HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Avison Young has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 7102 N Sam Houston Parkway West, an office building in northwest Houston.
“The building is well positioned to benefit from tenants no longer willing to remain in Greenspoint or other North Houston locations,” said Doug Pack, principal with Avison Young.
The building is west of Highway 249, near Fairbanks North Houston Road, several miles west of Interstate 45.
Pack and Sam Hansen of Avison Young will direct leasing at the office building, which was constructed in 2014. The owner of the building is Employer Flexible, a comprehensive human resources solutions company primarily serving the accounting and finance, engineering, and manufacturing industries. The building serves as the firm’s headquarters.
