Colvill to Lease Buffalo Heights Office Space

HOUSTON – Colvill Office Properties has been selected to lease One Buffalo Heights, the 37,000-SF office portion of Buffalo Heights District Phase I, a seven-story mixed-use development at the corner of Washington Avenue and South Heights Boulevard.

Colvill’s Michael Anderson and Connor Saxe will lead the leasing effort for the developers, BKR Memorial II LLC and Midway.

Slated for completion in 2019, the first phase of the development will have 232 apartment units and a 96,000-SF H-E-B.

The Buffalo Heights development is close to the trails and park development along Buffalo Bayou, just west of downtown Houston.

BKR Memorial II, LLC is a Houston-based, privately-held company of the Russell and Glenda Gordy family.

Houston-based Midway, founded in 1968, is a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment and development firm. The Midway portfolio of developments completed and/or underway consists of 45 million SF of properties in 23 states and Northern Mexico ranging from mixed-use centers, corporate headquarters, multi-family, entertainment, hospitality, business and industrial parks, and master-planned resort and residential communities.
