HOUSTON – Colliers International announced the sale of a 36.24-acre tract of land in the northeast quadrant of Beltway 8 & U.S. 90A in Missouri City, near Houston, for development of an industrial project.
A joint venture of Conor Commercial Real Estate and USAA Real Estate Co. will develop a three-building, 525,800-square-foot industrial project.
Tom Condon, Jr., Senior Vice President in The Woodlands office of Colliers International represented the land seller, Patricia Al-Attas Barrett, individually and as the Independent Executrix of the Estate of Abdullah Hamid Al-Attas. Ed Bane and Jon Michael with NAI Houston represented the buyer. David Pitschmann, Mesha Noble and Marcus Starkey with Alamo Title Company coordinated the closing.
The buildings will be handled by Cadence McShane Construction Co. and Powers Brown Architecture.
