Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park are targeted to family entertainment and gatherings.
Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the tenant, Urban Air of Pearland, LLC in the lease negotiations, while Robert Alinger with Boyd Commercial represented the landlord, Southpoint Phase I LLC – Southpoint Business Center.
This will be the fifth Urban Air Trampoline Park location in the Houston area and the largest location in the market.
