HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Construction is underway on the new AC Hotel by Marriott CityCentre Houston, a six-story, 153-room hotel in the CityCentre mixed-use development in West Houston.
The hotel, 10752 Town and Country Way, will be located near the intersection of Interstate 10 and Beltway 8.
CityCentre is a 47-acre pedestrian-oriented mixed-use district developed by the Houston-based Midway real estate firm.
The $19 million AC hotel, developed by PA Hospitality, brings together an experienced project team including Anchor Construction as general contractor, DLR Group as architect, and Telios as the project’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineer.
Spanning 85,810 SF, the project will feature a pool, bar, fitness center, meeting space, and contemporary guest accommodations tailored to both business and leisure travelers, with delivery anticipated in late 2027.
“Projects like this require precision from day one,” said Brock Bly, President of Anchor Construction. “From pre-construction through execution, our focus is delivering a project that meets the ownership vision, brand standards, and long-term expectations for quality.”
Last month, another major hotel deal was announced in CityCentre. Houston-based MetroNational, in a joint venture with Ohio-based Rockbridge, acquired The Moran Hotel, which is located in CItyCentre.
The 244-room Moran Hotel, is a 12-story hotel overlooking CityCentre’s central plaza. The Moran Hotel opened as Hotel Sorella in 2009.
