AUSTIN – (Realty News Report) – Hanover Co., a Houston-based multifamily developer, is planning to develop a 45-story tower in downtown Austin, according to local news reports.
The 310-unit residential building, called Republic Square, is planned for the southwest corner of Fifth and Lavaca streets. The site is not located in the view corridors which were created to protect the sight-lines of the state capitol building.
Hanover Co., founded by Murry Bowden, has developed thousands of units across the nation.
