HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Carriage Services Inc. has signed a long-term extension for its 47,742-SF office space at 3040 Post Oak Blvd.
Ryan Barbles and Mathew Volz of Stream Realty represented MetLife, the landlord. Carriage was represented by Garrold Parratt and Ronnie Deyo of JLL.
The 3040 Post Oak Blvd. building, which opened in 1982, was developed by Hines as part of its three-tower, 23-acre Lake on Post Oak office park, just south of the Galleria, between Richmond Avenue and West Alabama.
The 22-story 3040 Post Oak building, designed by 3D International Neuhaus + Taylor, contains 450,000 SF of space.
A 4-acre lake meanders through the Lake on Post Oak development, which is just west of Loop 610.
The other Lake on Post Oak office components are: the 20-story, 462,000-SF 3000 Post Oak Blvd. building, which was completed in 1978; and the 17-story, 349,000-SF 3050 Post Blvd building, which was completed in 1980.
