Inland Real Estate Acquisitions bought the 97,011-square-foot Waxahachie Crossing shopping center in Waxahachie, Texas for approximately $15.5 million. The purchase of the property, located 28 miles south of Dallas, was facilitated by Mark Cosenza, vice president of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions.
In Houston, Pollo Campero restaurant leased 30,000 sq. ft. on .69 acres at 702 West Bay Area Boulevard. Mark Raines, Matt Keener and Russell Janecek of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant in this transaction. Justin Patchen of UMG Realty, Inc. represented the landlord.
