BELLAIRE – (Realty News Report) – Jacob White Construction has broken ground on Bissonnet Medical Plaza, a medical office building inside Loop 610.
The three-story Class A facility, located at 4460 Bissonnet Street at Newcastle Drive, will offer over 52,000 SF of medical office space
The project is located in the city of Bellaire, where there is a growing number of medical buildings. Methodist Hospital recently leased 108,000 SF about a mile from this new project on Bissonnet.
Bissonnet Medical Plaza is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2020. JLL’s Tim Gregory and Mallory Douthit are leasing the facility on behalf of the developer.
Building amenities will include a covered patient drop off area, both surface level and garage parking, and gurney-sized elevators.
