HOUSTON – Tenaris Global Services USA Corporation has selected NAI Partners to lease its office building at 2200 West Loop South.

2200 West Loop South, a 196,217 sf, 10 story – Class A office building is conveniently located within the West Loop/Galleria Submarket of Houston. Originally designed by Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill; the building was developed in 1974 and underwent a major renovation in 2000.

Tenaris (NYSE: TS), which purchased 2200 West Loop South in 2014 for $47 million, continues to be the building’s largest occupant, is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of tubular products and services used in the drilling, completion and production of oil and gas as well as power plants, specialized industrial or automotive applications..

“We are thrilled to assist Tenaris with their mandate to maximize operational efficiencies with regard to its corporate real estate holdings both locally and nationwide. The first step in that process was get Doug and Sam involved to address the occupancy potential at 2200 West Loop South” – states James Tainter, Managing Director for NAI Partners Property Services Division.

Doug Pack, NAI Partners Executive Vice President – Office Project Leasing, who with Senior Vice President, Sam Hansen, will be leasing and marketing the building agrees; “Having the opportunity to re-introduce 2200 West Loop South as another viable and competitive Class A option for West Loop / Galleria market office tenants is exciting. It’s convenient location and visibility along I-610 coupled with the building’s 4/1000 parking ratio already offers a competitive advantage.”
