HOUSTON – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has secured financing for Aura Memorial, a 388-unit, multi-housing community in Houston’s Energy Corridor.

Working on behalf of the borrower, Dallas-based Trinsic Residential Group, HFF placed the seven-year, floating-rate loan through Freddie Mac’s (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) CME Program.

Aura Memorial is located at 14900 Memorial Drive between North Eldridge Parkway and Dairy Ashford Road in the Energy Corridor area of West Houston.

The apartment complex, is near Interstate 10, the Terry Hershey Park and the Republic Square, a redevelopment of the former Exxon Chemical campus by Third Palm Capital, an affiliate of Dart Realty of the Cayman Islands.

Completed in 2014, Aura Memorial is a wrap-style community with one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 705 to 1,338 SF.

The HFF debt placement team representing the borrower was led by senior managing director Matt Kafka.
