OHT Breaks Ground in West Houston

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – OHT Partners, an Austin-based multifamily developer, has broken ground on a 396-unit apartment community in west Houston.

The apartments will be built on 13 acres at 19615 Park Row Boulevard, near Fry Road, just west of the Energy Corridor.

“We’ve experienced great success with our first phase and continue to believe in the tremendous growth along the Katy freeway with employers relocating from all over the MSA to this area,” said Jackson Simons, principal with OHT Partners.

The West Houston site is near office sites for Baker Hughes, Flour & Frost Baker as well as Houston Methodist West and Texas Children’s West.

Designed by Meeks + Partners, the unnamed OHT apartment community will have units ranging in size from 702 to 1,256 SF.

Additional team members include:

OHT Partners, which is serving as both the developer and general contractor, anticipates construction completion in late 2027.

OHT Partners has been ranked in the NMHC Top 25 most active apartment builders in the nation
