Pagewood Acquires Business Park

HOUSTON – The Pagewood real estate firm has acquired Georgibelle Business Park— an infill, industrial project with nine buildings near Interstate 10 near Beltway 8 in the Spring Branch area.

Totaling 102,600 SF across more than 4.5 acres, the business park includes office and warehouses ranging from 500 to 5,500 SF. Located near Memorial City, the business park is positioned with prime access to surrounding retail and restaurants.

Pagewood has “a commitment to acquiring real estate in northwest Houston,” said Paul Coonrod, Founder and Managing Principal of the company. <ajor capital improvements are planned.

Pagewood acquired the business park from Buffalo Real Estate Partners.  Nick Spearman represented Pagewood. Justin Patchen represented Buffalo Real Estate Partners. Texas First Bank provided financing for Pagewood.

Derick Perkins and Kyle Fischer with Alpine Partners are leasing Georgibelle Business Park, which includes a 16,250-SF building at 10218 Georgibelle.

Houston-based Pagewood currently owns, manages and is developing over 1.7 million SF of real estate across Texas.

Last November, it was announced Daikin HVAC leased  a 500,000-SF spec industrial project developed by Pagewood, called the Great 290 Distribution Center.
