HOUSTON – CBRE announced that Chris Bergmann Jr. has joined its land team in Houston as Executive Vice President. Chris brings more than seven years of experience, with expertise in urban and suburban land sale, urban redevelopment and corporate relocation. ATLANTA – Texas-based Constellation Real Estate Partners is opening an office in Atlanta The firm has hired 30-year industrial real estate veteran Chris Brown has joined Constellation as Partner and 25-year industrial real estate veteran Sandra Reeves as Vice President of Development Management for the firm’s new Atlanta office.
FORT WORTH – Trademark Property Company announced the hiring of Sunny Patel as Senior Vice President of Institutional Services and Investments, and the launch of a mall advisory line of business. Patel will lead the sourcing of investments, institutional joint ventures and service relationships. Terry Montesi is CEO of Trademark.
DALLAS – StreetLights Residential, a developer of multifamily and mixed-use communities, is pleased to announce three executive-level promotions. Andrew Kastanos has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, and Case Killgore and C.J. Cacheris have joined StreetLights’ senior management team as President of Development and President of Design-Build.
AUSTIN – Kirsten Cessna has been named Co-Managing Director in the Austin office of Gensler.
CHARLOTTE – Dianne Jones has been appointed Managing Director of Business and Economic Incentives in JLL’s Charlotte office, focusing on markets across the Carolinas and Southeast.
CHICAGO — Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) announced the appointment of Laura Vallis to the role of Head of Communications. She will report to Chief Marketing Officer Siddharth Taparia and will be based in New York.
