Pulte Starts 1,100-Acre Community in Nevada

HENDERSON, Nev. – (Realty News Report) — PulteGroup, the nation’s third-largest homebuilder, has opened Aries, an 1,100-acre master planned community in Henderson, near Las Vegas.

Aries is being developed as a multigenerational community with 24 neighborhoods offering single-family and multifamily homes in a variety of price points.

To date, Aries features PulteGroup’s renowned brands, Pulte Homes and Del Webb, with others to be announced soon. Currently, Aries offers 15 floorplans that range from 1,285 to 2,727 SF with homes priced from the $300,000s to the $500,000s.

Del Webb is expected to begin home sales in 2027, and the neighborhood will offer a clubhouse for the exclusive use of Del Webb residents. The clubhouse will include a fitness center, pickleball courts, lounge area, lifestyle and meeting space.

“Aries location near major shopping and dining destinations, and the region’s hallmark recreation spots, including Lake Mead and regional acclaimed trails, make the community particularly attractive to those seeking an active outdoor and vibrant lifestyle,” said Ryan Breen, PulteGroup’s Las Vegas Division President.

PulteGroup, Inc. based in Atlanta, Georgia, is one of America’s largest homebuilding companies with operations in more than 45 markets throughout the country. Through its brand portfolio that includes Pulte Homes, Centex, Del Webb, DiVosta Homes, and Explore by Del Webb.

A division of PulteGroup since 2001, Del Webb developed Sun City Texas in Georgetown, north of Austin, in 1995.

Del Webb develops 55 and up communities in the Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio areas. Just southwest of Houston, the company recently opened Del Webb Sugar Land at Ryehill.

Last year, the builder started Del Webb Lost Pines which will capitalize on Texas as a popular retirement destination and strong demand from baby boomers, offering resort-style amenities and activities where neighbors can stay active and connect. Named for the Lost Pines Forest near Bastrop, the community will create places where residents can focus on wellness, health, and friendship. The community near the Colorado River takes its name from the Lost Pines Forest, a stand of pine trees, which are uncommon in the Texas Hill Country.

Bastrop, with a population of nearly 13,000, is home to several Elon Musk ventures including The Boring Company and X Corp. (formerly known as Twitter).
