HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) –Randall Davis Company, a Houston-based real estate developer, has announced plans to develop London House, a mid-rise condominium tower overlooking the estates of River Oaks.
London House, 2323 San Felipe St., will have 23 residences priced at $1.5 million and up.
“Our goal is to create a smaller, more exclusive residence in a fabulous location with unobstructed views of River Oaks,” said Randall Davis, who is developing London House with his daughter, Natalie.
The design of the 12-story, 70,000-SF tower draws inspiration from the neighboring townhomes and elegance of London’s Chelsea neighborhood, Davis said.
Compass Real Estate’s Laura Sweeney, one of Houston’s top-producer agents, and Tommy Kanarellis, an agent specializing in condominiums, are co-listing the boutique community.
London House offers a variety of floorplans, including standard units with 3-bedrooms, 2.5 baths or 3-bedrooms, 3 baths, ranging from 2,725-SF to 3,388 SF, and penthouse units starting at around $3.8 million with 3-bedrooms, 4.5 baths or 3-bedrooms, 4.5 baths with flex room, ranging from 4,182 SF to 4,257 SF.
Each unit will have a gas fireplace, appliances from Gaggenau, and ceiling heights ranging from 11-feet to 13-feet
Architecture is by John Cadenhead of Houston-based Goree. G.T. Leach is general contractor.
Sales in the condo sector have been strong across Texas. “The number of condominiums sold across the Lone Star State increased 41 percent to 17,152 during the period of July 2020 to June 2021,” according to the 2021 edition of the “Texas Condominium Sales Report” prepared by the Texas Realtors association.
Davis has developed over 15 buildings in Houston and surrounding areas including Arabella in Galleria/Post Oak neighborhood and Marlowe Downtown, Astoria, Renoir, Gotham, Metropolis, Manhattan, Empire, Rice Lofts, St. Germain, Hotel Icon, and Cosmopolitan. The company has also extended to seaside living and the sin city with developments including Sapphire – South Padre, Diamond Beach – Galveston, and Metropolis Las Vegas.
