HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Here is a first-quarter roundup of promotions and appointments of real estate professionals in Houston.

Lee & Associates announced the addition of Blaine Sinclair as Director in its Houston office. Sinclair will focus on expanding the firm’s leasing platform across the region’s major submarkets.

Courtney Knightstep-Buckout has joined Lee & Associates as Director in its Houston office leading office landlord representation in Houston, the Clear Lake, and Baytown markets.

Houston-based real estate investment and development firm DC Partners has appointed Roberto Contreras IV as Chief Executive Officer. Roberto Contreras, who founded the company in 2011, will remain Chairman of the Board. DC Partners has developed luxury high-rise residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects nationwide.

CBRE announced the promotion of Parker Duffie to Managing Director for its Houston office. In this role, Parker will oversee the firm’s office, industrial and healthcare leasing business.

John Nicholson has joined CBRE’s Houston office as Vice Chairman where he will focus on representing industrial users in the Houston market. Nicholson had been at Colliers where he served as Vice Chairman and Principal.

Jillian Fredericks and Connor Saxe have joined the CBRE’s Houston Office Investor Leasing team as Senior Vice Presidents. Fredericks most recently served as Senior Vice President at Colliers, and previously worked at Boxer Property and Landmark Properties. Saxe most recently served as Senior Vice President at Partners Real Estate and previously held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Colvill Office Properties.

Partners Real Estate has hired Marla Diliberto as Chief Marketing Officer as the privately held, partnership-led commercial real estate firm enters its next phase of growth.

Partners Real Estate has promoted Andrew Laycock to Partner. The company also announced several key promotions to Senior Vice President, including Wyatt Huff and Hunter Stockard in Houston.

Travis Overall has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Houston Managing Principal. He previously served as Executive Vice President for Brookfield Properties’ Houston office business and had oversight for all aspects of the region’s activities.

Brandon Alexander Wuntch has joined Moody Rambin as Executive Vice President, Industrial and Investment Services.

René Galvan has become President and CEO of the Houston Association of Realtors following the retirement of Bob Hale who led the real estate organization for 37 years.

Camden Property Trust announced the promotion of Alexander Jessett to CEO. He succeeds company co-founder Ric Campo, who will serve as Camden’s Executive Chairman of the Board of Trust Managers. Additionally, Laurie Baker has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, and Benjamin Fraker has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.

Cristina Esquivel has joined Griffin Partners as Director – Asset Management. She most recently served as Vice President – Asset Management at Brookfield Properties, and previously worked at Hines.

Mark Sabatino has joined Transwestern as Managing Senior Vice President – Asset Services on the National Healthcare Advisory Services team.

Gensler announced the appointment of Alanna Carter to Global Healthcare Practice Leader, Principal in Houston. Debora Novarini was named South Central Region Brand Practice Area Leader, Studio Director, Design Director, and Principal in Houston. Annabella Koloskov has joined Gensler as Healthcare Planning Director in Houston.

Kirksey Architecture has promoted Jody Sergi to Director of Kirksey’s PK-12 practice, focusing on Houston and the Gulf Coast region.

Kirksey Architecture has hired Cheryl Diamond as its new Director of Business Development.

Ryan Fassett has joined Oxford Partners as Senior Vice President. He brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience with a primary focus on office and industrial tenant representation.

Meyer Carrington announced the addition of Jamie Weaver as a Principal.

Johnson Development has promoted Haley Peck to Vice President of Marketing.
