PEARLAND, Texas – NewQuest Crosswell is selling a 3.5-acre site on the west side of Highway 288 in Pearland for a Rooms To Go furniture store.
Construction of the 39,000-SF store will begin early in 2018, says Allen Crosswell, managing principal, of NewQuest Crosswell. The site, located near Medical Center Drive, is in the firm’s Reserve at Shadow Creek development.
A 40-bed HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Pearland is under construction a few hundred feet from the Rooms to Go site. The 49,000-SF hospital, slated to open this fall, will be located at 2121 Business Center Drive in Pearland.
Several hospitals are nearby, including HCA, Memorial Hermann and Kelsey Seybold Clinic. In addition, several medical office buildings are located in the area.
