HOUSTON – Surge Homes has started three urban residential developments in the Inner Loop of Houston, offering single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums.

The three new projects are: Upper Richton in Upper Kirby, Museum Blvd. in the Museum District, and Parc at Midtown in Midtown. They are currently undergoing site development work, including the demolition of old structures; site clean-up; and the construction of underground utilities for water, sewer, conduits for electricity, and paving.

Upper Richton is located in Upper Kirby and features new single-family homes and new townhouses ranging from $420,000 to $782,000. Upper Kirby is a coveted neighborhood known for excellent shopping and dining. Museum Blvd., located in the Museum District, features single-family homes and townhouses from $423,000 to $542,000. This neighborhood is located just steps away from the popular Hermann Park. Parc at Midtown, located in the Midtown area, features new condominiums, new townhouses, Sky Townhomes, and single-family homes ranging from $142,000 to $427,000. This neighborhood features pedestrian-friendly urban life.

“These three communities offer a broad range of new home options in terms of home type, size, and price. Houstonians who are looking for well-established locations, great architecture, and refined European interior designs will be very pleased,” said Louis Conrad, co-owner of Surge Homes.

Company partner Ben Lemieux adds: “In the first part of 2016, people will be able to walk into model homes and see the quality of our products. Each community was created interactively with the input of nearly 3,500 Houstonians who commented on the home type, floor plans, designs and interior finishes. It will be great to see the long-awaited concepts come to reality this year.”

Surge has eight residential projects inside Loop 610 and one in nearby Spring Branch.
