Trendmaker Homes Starting Neighborhood in Johnson Development in the Fastest Growing City in US

LEANDER, Texas – (Realty News Report) – In the fastest growing city in the nation, Trendmaker Homes has started a new neighborhood in the Bryson master planned community owned by Houston-based Johnson Development.

“Austin is projected to become the 10th most populous city in America next year and its northern suburbs are showing an even greater rate of growth,” said Bryan Havel, president at Trendmaker Homes Austin. “Bryson is primely positioned on that path of expansion, while also differentiating itself with high-quality amenities and a unique combination of stimulating community connections with laid-back Hill Country charm. We are thrilled to be delivering new product to a top-six homebuilding market.”

Great interest rates continue to be a driver for new home sales.”

Six Johnson communities ranked among the top 50 best selling new home communities in the nation, according to a midyear report by RCLCO. The six communities are;  Sienna, Cross Creek Ranch, Harmony and Harvest Green in the Houston area; and Viridian and Trinity Falls in the Dallas area.
