RNR Real Estate Briefs from Realty News Report – HOUSTON — Waller Independent School District has acquired a 19-acre parcel in Bridgeland for the district’s second elementary school in that master planned community, which is being developed by The Howard Hughes Corp.
MONTGOMERY, Texas – VERSAL has announced the sale of Conroe Spaces in Montgomery. The mixed-use storage/office warehouse property consists of 18,540 SF and includes 11 units, 36 parking spaces and a cell tower. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, Logan Foster and Hugh Horne of VERSAL represented Aranjuez Holdings, the Houston-based seller. VERSAL is an Austin- and Los Angeles-based commercial real estate firm focused on the self-storage industry.
HOUSTON – Blindster bought a 9,200-SF office building located at 16555 Village Drive in Houston. Ryan Dierker, principal at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer. The seller, Baha Tacas Investments LP, was represented by Jason Whittington of Partners Real Estate.
RICHMOND, Texas — American Family Care has leased 3,165 SF of retail space in Richmond Town Plaza at FM 762 and US Highway 59/Interstate 69 from NewQuest Properties. Austen Baldridge and Bob Conwell of NewQuest represented the landlord. Ben Brown and John Frazier of Baker Katz represented the tenant.
CYPRESS, Texas — ARCpoint Labs has leased 1,250 SF in the Coles Crossing Shopping Center at 12312 Barker Cypress Road in Cypress. ARCpoint Labs provides testing services and wellness solutions, including DNA, drug and alcohol, STD and COVID-19 testing as well as employment background checks. The landlord was represented by Wes Miller of Wulfe & Co.
SUGAR LAND, Texas – The Airway Dentists, led by Dr. Kalli Hale, will open in February 2023 at 18718 University Blvd. in Sugar Land. The practice will occupy 3,300 SF of interior space with eight patient rooms.
HOUSTON — PhoFix leased 2,600 SF of retail space at 1223 W. 34thSt., Houston, from Alba 34th LP. John Nguyen of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant. Monica Danna of Revive Development represented the landlord.

COLLEYVILLE, Texas — Colleyville Square Business Park, a four-building, multi-tenant office complex in Colleyville near Dallas/Fort Worth, has been sold. Cody Payne of Colliers represented the seller. The 23,890 SF asset is at 6211 Colleyville Blvd.
FORT WORTH – Clevon, a global autonomous delivery innovator founded in Estonia, performed its first U.S. autonomous delivery with CLEVON 1, the company’s flagship all-electric robot courier at the AllianceTexas Mobility Innovation Zone (MIZ) in Fort Worth. This comes less than three months after the company moved its U.S. headquarters to the MIZ. The robot courier traveled albefore arriving at its destination, 13901 Aviator Way.
ADDISON, Texas — CrossFit Addison has leased 6,451 SF of retail space at 14839 Inwood Road in Addison from 14885 Inwood Road, LLC. Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. The landlord was represented by in-house broker Bruce Juliani.
DALLAS – East Dallas Diesel leased 10,495 SF at 12150 Shiloh Road in Dallas. Finial Group’s Travis McEldowney and Jack Gaffney represented the landlord, Faropoint Ventures.

MILWAUKEE – Houston-based Hines has started construction on a 31-story tower with 333 multifamily units and ground level retail North Water Street in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. The project was financed through the Hines U.S. Direct Investments platform and a construction loan provided by the Union Labor Life Insurance Co. The site is near the nationally acclaimed Milwaukee Public Market.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Since March 2022, 1030 Music Row has secured 90,000 SF of leases among five tenants. The property is located on Nashville’s historic Music Row, a block from Edgehill Village. JLL’s Sarah Pettigrew handles leasing and marketing on behalf of the owner, Panattoni Development. Located at 1030 16th Ave. S., 1030 Music Row is one of the newest Class A office buildings built in Nashville this year. The 112,000 SF asset also marks the city’s first mass timber office building. It was designed by Tuck Hinton Architecture and constructed using Douglas fir and sustainable materials
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Cushman & Wakefield has represented Crescent Real Estate, LLC, in its strategic disposition of a Class A office portfolio totaling a million square feet in Colorado Springs, Colo. The portfolio comprises 13 buildings sold to multiple buyers for $180 million. Cushman & Wakefield’s Aaron Johnson and Jon Hendrickson represented Crescent Real Estate, LLC, in the disposition. Crescent acquired the portfolio of mid-rise and single-story office buildings in 2018 for $125 million
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Houston-based Patrinely Group leased 9,377 SF of office space to Crewe Advisors, LLC, a national financial firm. Located at Main Street and 600 South in downtown Salt Lake City, 650 Main is a 10-story, 332,000 SF Class A office and retail development.
PITTSBURGH, Pa. — National and regional space industry stakeholders recently gathered for the opening of Keystone Space Innovation Center and AFWERX Pittsburgh. This is a pilot program for future innovation opportunities by means of an AFWERX — an Astrobotic and Keystone Space Collaborative partnership to create a space innovation center in Pittsburgh. Vice Chief of Space Operations for the U.S. Space Force, General David D. Thompson, offered remarks at the ribbon cutting ceremony.
LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT, Inc. has completed the sale of 67 acres of undeveloped land within North Las Vegas’ Villages at Tule Springs master planned community. The land was sold to an undisclosed buyer for $55 million and includes rights to build mixed-use commercial buildings, including a casino.
CHICAGO – Peak Properties, founded by Mike Zucker, will provide property management of 401-409 North Milwaukee Avenue, a mixed-use property in the Chicago’s Fulton River District.
