Bear Creek Industrial Park Breaks Ground

HOUSTON – Finial Group will develop Bear Creek Industrial Park on a 9-acre tract north of the Energy Corridor, near the corner of Kieth Harrow and Barker Cypress. Bear Creek Industrial Park is a speculative development that will be comprised of two new 30,000 SF, 20-ton crane-capable industrial facilities on 3.9 acres each allowing for substantial outside storage.

The buildings will be offered for sale or lease filling a niche where there is substantial demand and almost no available supply.

“Industrial users with an outside storage requirement in West or Northwest Houston have very few options outside of Bear Creek Industrial Park.  There are currently only two other projects with comparable proximity to I-10 and Highway 290 that give users the opportunity to own a new crane served facility with this much outside storage,” says Finial Group partner Mike Sperandio.

The first building is scheduled to break ground in January and will be ready for occupancy in May.
