C.I.A. Services Breaks Ground on Regional Headquarters

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – C.I.A. Services, Inc., a  firm that manages community associations,  has broken ground on the construction of its newest regional headquarters in Humble on northeast Houston.

The new development, located in the Atascocita area at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, will be a single-story building. The 15,000-square-foot, single-story building was designed by Tramonte Design Studio.

“As a Houston-based establishment for over 36 years, it was a natural and logical decision for us to acquire a permanent base in the Humble area,” said Renea Miksch, Executive Vice President. “The new construction headquarters allows our team members to work more efficiently to exceed expectations and better serve our communities. With the goal of further growth in the Houston metropolitan area, this move complements C.I.A Services’ ongoing mission to provide every level of quality service that a community association needs.”

O’Donnell/Snider Construction is the general contractor. Construction is underway and is estimated to be completed in June 2021.

C.I.A. Services is a full-service management company providing services for community association needs.

Since 1984, C.I.A. Services has been a leader and trusted choice for managing over 100 community associations throughout the greater Houston and San Antonio areas.

The C.I.A. Services Southwest office will also be moving to a newly established 2,400 square foot space in November, located on I-10 West just west of Highway 6 at One Park Ten Plaza.  .
