HOUSTON – CBRE has been retained to lease the retail space in West Ave, a mixed-use project at the key intersection of Kirby and Westheimer in the Upper Kirby District of Houston.
Developed by Atlanta-based Gables Residential, West Ave opened in 2010 as one of a new breed of mixed-use projects. The seven-story development, designed by Looney Ricks Kiss, has over 175,000 SF of retail on the lower levels and 390 apartments on the upper levels.
CBRE’s Radkey Jolink and Bruce Wallace will handle retail leasing. West Ave’s retail space, which includes tenants since as Cru, Eddie V’s and Tootsies is 88 percent leased.
