HOUSTON – McLane Group International, a firm owned by former Astros owner Drayton McLane, has leased 159,785 square feet at Interstate Commerce Center at 1902 Cypress Station Drive in Houston.
CBRE’s Patrick Rollins represented McLane Group International, LP. in lease negotiations with the landlord, Hillwood Investment Properties, which was represented by Stream Realty.
McLane Global is considered an expert within the global logistics management industry. They specialize in providing food logistics and supply chain solutions to major US brands across all categories including dry grocery, chilled/frozen, household goods, health and beauty care.
The landlord, Hillwood Investment Properties, is part of the Dallas-based Hillwood organization led by Ross Perot Jr.
