RNR Real Estate Briefs from Realty News Report  — MAGNOLIA, Texas – SVN J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston has recently completed the sale of Renaissance Center, a 93,000-SF grocery-anchored retail center in Magnolia at the intersection of FM 1774 and FM 1488. Renaissance Center is anchored by Brookshire Brothers grocery. Matt Knagg of SVN J. Beard Real Estate – Greater Houston represented the seller. Brittany Jameson, also from SVN  J. Beard Real Estate represented the buyer.


CONROE, Texas  – The Grove at Harper’s Preserve retail development in Conroe has added four tenants — Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, Thrive Massage, Pet Supplies Plus and Heartland Dental. The 21,500 SF project at 9662 TX-242 opened in late 2022. Houston-based and fully integrated commercial real estate firm Gulf Coast Commercial Group  built the center and oversees management while Main Street Commercial Partners  handles leasing.


HOUSTON — John Buckley, Stephanie Flores  and Jack Gaffney  with Finial Group  arranged a 2,500 SF lease renewal at 9977 West Sam Houston Parkway.  The tenant is Trenegy Inc.


CYPRESS, Texas – The Little Gym leased 3,421 SF of retail space in Cypress Village Station near Highway 290 in Cypress from NewQuest Properties. Kevin Sims  of NewQuest represented the landlord. Matt Reed  of Shop Co.  represented the tenant.


HOUSTON – Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Bear Creek Boat & RV Storage, a 287,804 SF storage facility in Katy. Dave Knobler and Charles “Chico” LeClaire listed the property.


ROSENBERG, Texas — Claire’s leased 1,715 SF of retail space in Brazos Town Center near Highway 59 from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell  and Austen Baldridge  of NewQuest represented the landlord. Thad Mai  of Shop Co. represented the tenant.

TEXAS — RNR Real Estate Briefs from Realty News Report

FRISCO, Texas – Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the rental subsidiary of Toll Brothers home builders and joint venture partner Pondmoon Capital USA, have broken ground on Mirra, a five-story, 285-unit mid-rise rental community in Frisco, near Dallas.


SAN ANTONIO — Partners Real Estate arranged a 30,493 SF office lease with Texas Chiller Systems at 4441 Centergate St. in San Antonio. Partners’ Kyle Kennan  represented the tenant. Colin McLellan  with Llano Realty  represented the landlord, EDG Centergate, LLC.


DALLAS – Reserve Capital Partners, in partnership with Trinity Investors, has purchased Crestview Tower at 105 Decker Court from CapRidge Partners. The new owner retained Stream Realty Partners  as leasing brokers.


SAN ANTONIO — Partners Capital,  the investment arm of Partners Real Estate, has sold Blanco Crossing, a 22,606 SF retail center at 19179 Blanco Road in San Antonio. The property was acquired by Partners Capital in 2020 through its third investment vehicle.


DALLAS – Lone Star Event Rentals, LLC, has leased 12,000 SF of warehouse space in Bickham Industrial Park from Bickham EPA, LLC. Jason Finch  of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services  and Michael W. Spain  represented the landlord.

NATIONAL — RNR Real Estate Briefs from Realty News Report

MONTEREY BAY, Calif. – Cushman & Wakefield  brokered the sale of The Independent, a 61-unit multifamily community in Monterey Bay. The property was acquired by DiversyFund for $20 million, or $327,869 per unit.


ATLANTA, Ga. – JLL  announced that 3379 Peachtree, a boutique office building in Buckhead, has secured two new tenants, taking building occupancy from 60 percent to 90 percent. Lucid Private Offices and Legendary Events leased a total of 34,500 SF in the 126,000 SF building. JLL’s Claire Ross  and Will Tyler  handle leasing for the owner, Nuveen Real Estate.
