Texas Self-Storage Construction Program Launched; Developer Looks for More Sites

DALLAS – A pair of Dallas companies Cornerstone Development Corp. and Rosewood Property Co. created a joint venture to construct $75 million worth of self-storage facilities in Texas with the Extra Space brand.
