Job Industrial Services  leased 10,421 SF. Emily Howard-Wilson  at Fritsche Anderson represented Job Industrial Services.  … At 1235 North Loop, or North Loop Center,  leases were signed by Bivona Law PLLC, Patout & Shaw PLLC  and MMA Law Firm, PLLC,  leasing 12,733 SF. Eugene Terry  of CBRE  represented the tenant. …. Matt Rogers  at Oxford Partners  represented three new tenants totaling 6,056 SF, including Saga Business Services, Darvishi Law  and Ayson Law Firm. Blake Warren  and Sam Sammons  of Winthrop Realty  represented Milledge Law Firm  on the lease of 2,830 SF. John Milam  at Fritsche Anderson   represented The Detering Company  for 2,997 SF. Stream’s Matt Asvestas  and Danielle Rothchild  represented the landlord.


HOUSTON — Oxford Partners  represented Deblin Health Concepts  in leasing 7,153 SF at 1214 N Post Oak Road. Oxford Partners’ Vincent Vega  represented the tenant, Deblin Health Concepts.  The landlord, WGH Post Oak, LLC,  was represented by Charlie McGharen  of Aspire.


COLUMBUS, Texas – Partners Real Estate in conjunction with Compass Ranch Real Estate, arranged the sale of Twin Oaks, a 168-acre ranch located near Interstate 10 in Columbus. Partners’ Alex Makris and Patrick Keegan along with Tonya Currie of Compass Ranch RE represented the seller, the Estate of Charlie Thomas in the transaction.


HOUSTON – George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented Displayco USA, Inc., in the leasing of 17,055 SF of warehouse space at 9350 Baythorne. Jon Michael and Ed Bane of Bridge Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America.


MANVEL, Texas — JLL  announced that Reserve at Manvel,  a 75-acre property near SH 288 south of Pearland at CR 58 in Manvel is now ready for development. The site was recently zoned for commercial use. JLL’s Land Advisory team, Simmi Jaggi   and Elizabeth Clampitt,  represent the owner, VDB Partners, Ltd.,  a family-owned developer.


HOUSTON – Colliers announced the sale of a 3,262-SF former bank building at 12100 Huffmeister Road in Cypress. The buyer, Equity Investment Acquisitions, LLC, was represented by Kenneth Smith with Elysian Realty. Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers represented the seller, Hagner Family Partnership. The closing was coordinated by Jane Matthews with Stewart Title – Tomball.


HOUSTON — Oxford Partners  represented TechWest  in the renewal of a 5,840 SF lease at 4601 S Pinemont. Oxford Partners’ Vincent Vega  represented the tenant, TechWest.  The landlord, NR Pineway Business Center, LLC,  was represented by JD Dieckman  and Jon Michael  of Bridge Commercial.


CONROE, Texas – Retailer Le Creuset of America  acquired a two-story building at the site of the former Wild Things Restaurant.  The transaction was facilitated by Ron Brown,  director of the retail division at MHW Real Estate. The 8,562 SF building sits on 4.2 acres near Interstate 45 and FM1488.


THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company acted as an intermediary between the landlord, Vista Woodlands Partners, LTD, and the tenant, Drillchem Drilling Solutions, LLC., in the lease renewal of 5,499 SF of Flex/Office space located at 8701 New Trails Dr.


HOUSTON — Oxford Partners  represented Sharon Michaels  in the renewal of a 2,080 SF lease at 3050 Post Oak Blvd. Oxford Partners’ Vincent Vega   represented the tenant, Sharon Michaels.  The landlord, Sinopec USA, Inc.,  was represented by Parker Duffie  of CBRE.


WEBSTER, Texas – Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Company represented the Eat Thai Inc., in the leasing of 2,625 SF of restaurant space at 565 West Bay Area Blvd. The landlord, Derrick Interests, Inc., was represented by David Dale.


HOUSTON — Oxford Partners  represented TomoWave Laboratory, Inc.  in the renewal of a 3,130 SF lease at 7505 Fannin. Oxford Partners’ Perry Mazzone   represented the tenant, TomoWave Laboratory, Inc.  The landlord, Cambridge Properties,  was represented by Trey Miller  of Cambridge Properties.

TEXAS —  RNR Real Estate Briefs from Realty News Report

AUSTIN — Patrinely  and Realterm  are developing a 439,300 SF speculative industrial project consisting of four buildings near State Highway 130 and McAngus Road in Southeast Austin. Patrinely  will market the 34.5-acre project as Airfield 130.  The project is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2025. KBC Advisors,  led by Mo Green, Trey Blasingame  and Will Bost  will handle leasing under the direction of Dennis Tarro  of Patrinely. Catamount Constructors  is general contractor.


DALLAS – Trina Sola  leased 1.35 million SF of space in the new Tradepoint 45 West  industrial development in South Dallas’ Inland Port  in Wilmer. Tradepoint 45 West  was developed by Champion Partners  in partnership with Cresset Partners. Stream Realty Partners  represented both the landlord and the tenant in the deal with Ridley Culp, Luke Davis  and Matt Dornak, representing ownership. Forrest Cook, Jeff Rein  and Seth Koschak  represented Trina Solar.


RICHARDSON, Texas — Newmark  announced the sale of Collins Crossings,  a 300,887 SF office building along North Central Expressway  near Dallas. Newmark’s Gary Carr, Robert Hill and  Chris Murphy represented the seller, Franklin Street Properties.  The buyers were Goldenrod Companies  and Reserve Capital Partners.


AUSTIN – Transwestern Real Estate Services  has been named the exclusive leasing agent for eight Class A office buildings located in the Northwest Austin submarket. Westech 360  (four buildings), Great Hills Plaza  and Park Centre   (three buildings) are owned by Pacific Oak Capital Advisors. Transwestern’s Brandon Lester, Max Appling  and Marshall Thurmond  will provide agency leasing services for the asset.


SAN ANTONIO – CoolSys Light Commercial Solutions  leased a 4,340 SF industrial property in Northeast San Antonio on Topper Run. Tucker Rice  and Zander Thomas  with Stream Realty Partners  represented the tenant. Patrick Rubsamen  and Jack Gaffney  with Finial Group  represented the landlord.


DALLAS – Riya Travel & Tours Inc.  has sold a small office building to an all-cash buyer. The asset is a 4,800 SF building on W. Airport Freeway in Irving. A property management company, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services,   handled the sale.


ADDISON, Texas — Cushman & Wakefield’s Travis Boothe, Hanna Henley   and Robbie Baty  represented CheckSammy  in its lease and expansion for a total of 45,098 SF at The Madison,  15851 North Dallas Parkway near Dallas. CheckSammy,  the world’s largest bulk waste and sustainability operator, expanded its footprint by 22,549 SF at the 288,000 SF Class A office tower.


KILLEEN, Texas – Partners Real Estate arranged a 2,200-SF retail lease with Rewax and Unwine on Lowes Boulevard. Partners’ Chad Wallace represented the landlord, Killeen Property LLC. The tenant was represented by Adriana Shaw with Colliers.


NATIONAL — RNR Real Estate Briefs from Realty News Report

BOSTON, Mass. — J. Safra Real Estate  will acquire Faneuil Hall Marketplace, which has anchored downtown Boston since its construction in 1827. JSRE’s acquisition of this signature property from Ashkenazy Acquisition  will add to its existing portfolio of iconic assets including the Gherkin Building  in London and 660 Madison Avenue  in New York City. Ashkenazy Acquisition  is owned by Ben Ashkenazy.


 SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Cushman & Wakefield  represented the joint partnership of a fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, Gardner Batt  and BCG Holdings  in the sale of a newly constructed 243,232 SF industrial building on 32 acres and which comprises part of the new Mountain View Industrial Park.  The property was acquired by a global investment manager.


DENVER, Colo. – BKM Capital Partners  acquired West 6th Center in Denver for $10.75 million. The 122,783 SF small-bay industrial building is fully occupied. Brett Turner  is senior managing director of acquisitions and dispositions  at BKM.
